Refund Policy
You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order number/proof of purchase.

If your refund is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a refund will not be accepted.
Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. For this reason, please make sure the item is sent back using a protected and suitable delivery method.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Personalised items cannot be returned however if the item is faulty it will be replaced.
Please get in touch if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Cancellation Policy
We begin processing your order shortly after a purchase is made, however, you may cancel your order for a full refund of the item price and shipping cost only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing your order, this is not guaranteed if the 24hr window has passed, if this is the case, please wait until you have received the item and return it back to us within 14 days following the return steps stated above.

Getting your refund
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the price of your item (not including shipping) to your original payment method.
